So do you feel bombarded by Guardian Herd news! Sorry about that, but it's book release time, which is a big deal to me, the author. It's not always a big deal to the rest of the world and it may not crash the internet like a cute kitten photo, but it's still news!!
I'm very excited about the paperback of STARFIRE. Paperbacks are awesome. They're lightweight and good for school backpacks or purses, and they're bendy--some people (like my daughter) like bendy books.
But the BEST thing about the paperback is the Bonus Story inside!! The story is about Grasswing, the leader of the Sun Herd walkers. This story occurs 42 seasons before Star is born to Sun Herd. It explains the age-old grudge between Grasswing and Rockwing over Grasswing's murdered colt. It's sad and heroic and hopeful all at once! I hope you enjoy it!
